◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity and a bright, luminous quality that catches the light. The beer presents the visual character of a true aperitif—transparent, inviting, and devoid of any haze.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant lime zest, sharp and immediate, layered beneath subtle basil that reads as fresh herbal leaf rather than dried spice. The basil note is restrained and elegant, suggesting fresh Italian herbs picked in summer rather than kitchen-cabinet intensity. A clean, mineral backdrop supports the citrus and herb without any fermentation funk or oxidation.

◐ Taste

Crisp and bright on entry, with a sour character that is clean and well-integrated—never harsh or one-dimensional. The mid-palate brings lime and basil together in conversation, with the herb providing subtle botanical depth that prevents the citrus from becoming thin. A saline minerality moves through the center of the beer, grounding the acidity and keeping sweetness firmly at bay.

The finish is dry and refreshing, with the saline character extending into the aftertaste and reinforcing the aperitif function. Lingering lime and basil fade to mineral dryness, with no residual sweetness or harshness.
