A pale, nearly crystalline straw yellow with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, delicate lacing, dissipating steadily into a thin ring. Carbonation is moderate but visible, supporting the impression of a light-bodied, approachable summer beer.

◌ Aroma

Vibrant tropical citrus jumps from the glass—key lime, grapefruit zest, and a candy-shop sweetness reminiscent of lemon drops. The dry-hop character sits forward, bright and clean without any grassy or vegetal edge. Beneath the aromatics, a subtle saline minerality and gentle acidity frame the nose without overwhelming the fruity character.

The palate arrives clean and lightly effervescent, with a delicate tartness that cuts through cleanly without aggression or puckering intensity. Tropical citrus flavors—lemon, lime, grapefruit—dominate the mid-palate, supported by a faint candy sweetness and a grounding whisper of salt that prevents the sourness from turning one-dimensional. The finish is dry and mineral, with just enough residual acidity to keep the beer refreshing on the swallow.

The finish is clean and crisp, with a lingering mineral dryness and just enough acidity to invite another sip. No harsh edges or lingering astringency—the aftertaste remains bright and refreshing.
