The beer sparkles in the glass with visible carbonation, displaying the characteristic translucence of a well-made gose. Light catches the liquid with an almost champagne-like luminosity.

The nose is dominated by ripe passion fruit—distinctly sweet and tropical, leaning toward candied notes rather than sharp citrus. Beneath the fruit lies a subtle mineral undertone from the subtle salting, with a gentle tartness that suggests the acidity to come. There is no prominent malt or hop character; the adjunct is entirely in the foreground.
