Long Meadow presents a bright amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head that clings to the glass. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft visual presence befitting the malt-forward character. Lacing remains visible throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose is led by tropical fruit notes—ripe mango and papaya from the Azacca and Amarillo hops—layered over a substantial malty foundation. Toasted grain and subtle biscuit undertones emerge as the beer warms, grounding the hop aromatics in the farm barley's character. No aggressive sulfur or yeast noise; the profile remains balanced and inviting.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with soft malt sweetness and a gentle biscuit entry, then transitions to the hop-driven tropical character mid-palate. The 60 IBU bitterness is restrained and refined—present enough to define the beer but never harsh or astringent. The finish dries toward the back, with lingering hop resin and grain backbone in conversation.
