A pale golden hue with bright transparency and lively carbonation. The head forms quickly and maintains a fine, persistent collar with delicate lacing on the glass. Clean presentation throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with restrained stone fruit and citrus notes—peach and subtle grapefruit—layered beneath a floral undertone that avoids heaviness. Herbal and perfumed rather than assertive, with a whisper of bready malt in the background that grounds the composition without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with hop-forward citrus immediately apparent. The mid-palate shows balanced fruity character without excess sweetness, while bitterness arrives measured and refined—60 IBU felt more as mineral dryness than aggression. The malt backbone remains subtle, allowing the hop profile to shine without becoming harsh.

◑ Abgang

Dry and refreshing, with lingering citrus notes fading into a light herbal bite. The aftertaste remains clean and crisp, encouraging another sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
