Pours a cloudy brown to deep red under a tall, firm head with good retention and fine lacing. The dense foam clings to the glass as you drink, sustained by the bottle conditioning and vigorous carbonation. Suspended yeast particles create the characteristic haze throughout the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fine roasted character and caramel sweetness typical of the style. Gentle spice notes emerge alongside subtle banana esters from the brewery's house yeast, creating a balanced and inviting bouquet. No sharp alcohol presence; the aromatics remain warm and approachable.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is full and malty with pronounced caramel and bread notes. Mid-palate develops a lively spicy edge with creeping banana character, while low bitterness (15 IBU) keeps the beer smooth and drinkable. Carbonation adds brightness and a gentle prickling sensation throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish extends long and dries toward the end, shedding some of the sweetness in favor of subtle roasted grain and spice. Aftertaste remains clean with a slight breadiness that echoes the mid-palate.
