Pale golden color with bright clarity and lively carbonation. A dense white head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving distinct lacing as the beer is consumed. The overall presentation is clean and inviting.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with resinous pine and bright citrus notes from the Amarillo and Simcoe hops, creating an immediate and engaging impression. Beneath these dominant hop aromatics lies a subtle earthiness and hints of stone fruit that add complexity without obscuring the primary character. The Malz contributes a gentle, understated backdrop.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with crisp citrus and pine, followed by a broader fruitiness that develops through the mid-palate. The Malz presence is distinctly secondary, providing structure without heaviness, while a pronounced bitterness builds steadily toward the finish. At 6.8% ABV, the beer carries its hop load with impressive balance and no alcohol warmth.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and dry, with the bitterness lingering in a purposeful, satisfying manner rather than becoming harsh. The aftertaste maintains the piney and citrus character without excessive residual sweetness.
