WhiteFrontier takes its name from the snowy peaks around Martigny and from the line between the known and the undiscovered. Nicolas Roberti, who could not find a beer to his taste, started the project in 2014. The brewery opened in 2016 in the Caves Orsat on Rue du Levant, where brewer Chris Treanor released the first four recipes that June. Barrel ageing began in 2017 and the taproom opened that September. Four new recipes arrive every quarter next to the permanent range.
