Pillows is a light, delicate and fruity session wheat beer, white and cloudy in the glass, with citrus and a light hint of peach. Amarillo, Azacca and Cascade hops meet barley and wheat malt and California Ale yeast. At 4% ABV it is one of the four beers the brewery launched in June 2016, and it is brewed from a mix of audacity and carefree spirit.
