Pivovar Dalešice
Beer has been brewed in Dalešice since at least 1609, when the Moravian land registers confirm the brewery. In 1882 Baron Anton Dreher, owner of the Schwechat brewery near Vienna, bought the estate and expanded the plant with a malt-house tower and a new brewhouse. The last brew ran on 19 August 1977, and in May 1980 Jiří Menzel filmed Postřižiny here. Since the revival in 2002 the brewery has made its beers from water, malt, hops and yeast only, unfiltered and unpasteurised.

How we measure this
Two thresholds are at work here:
- The signature list shows notes that recur in at least 6% of this brewery's beers. A low bar — enough to flag a pattern, not high enough to call it an exclusive trait.
- The peer comparison below shows only notes where this brewery's coverage differs from similar breweries by at least 20 percentage points. A higher bar — enough to call a real difference, not a nudge.
A note can appear on the signature list without appearing in the peer comparison: it recurs here, but similar breweries do the same thing.
