Located in Avon, New York, the brewery rapidly expanded well beyond its original capacity and became known for creative, adjunct-forward styles including the first everything-bagel DIPA and strawberry cheesecake milkshake IPA. Mortalis has since added locations in Buffalo and Rochester, growing into one of Western New York's most prominent craft breweries.
