Stone fruit aromatics dominate immediately, with ripe peach leading the charge alongside subtle white peach and apricot notes. Gentle tartness weaves through the nose with a whisper of tropical notes—passionfruit and subtle citrus—while a soft funky undertone suggests wild yeast character without overwhelming the fruit. The overall impression is bright and inviting, with no sharp vinegar edge.

Entry is thick and creamy on the palate, immediately delivering concentrated peach and stone fruit flavors with a juicy, almost dessert-like sweetness that balances against a tart, mouth-puckering acidity. Mid-palate layers in berry undertones and faint tropical character while maintaining a smooth texture; tartness intensifies gradually rather than hitting abruptly. Bitterness is minimal (10 IBU), allowing fruit and acid to be the primary drivers, with subtle funky fermentation notes adding complexity.

The finish remains dry despite the fruit-forward sweetness, with bright tartness persisting pleasantly without astringency. A lingering peach and stone fruit impression fades slowly, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip rather than coated or cloying.
