The nose leads with bright tropical fruit—passion fruit and dragon fruit dominate, backed by distinct lemon, kiwi, and pineapple accents. Beneath the fruit sits a gentle tartness from the kettle-soured base, with no sharp vinegar notes. The aromatic profile remains inviting and summery, with subtle creamy undertones that suggest the smoothie character.

Entry is bright and tropical, with peach and citrus notes landing first on the palate. The mid-palate deepens with sustained passion fruit and dragon fruit character, while lactic tartness weaves throughout without dominating. A restrained sweetness (around 60%) balances the acidity, keeping the beer refreshing rather than cloying, with pineapple and orange notes adding complexity.
