Gosemanufaktur
Gosemanufaktur is the house brewery of the Gosenschenke "Ohne Bedenken" in Leipzig-Gohlis, a Gose tavern that opened in 1899 on Menckestraße. Innkeeper Jens Gröger began brewing in its beer garden in summer 2017, the first time the house made its own Gose. The flagship Edelgose is deliberately milder and less sour than the historical Leipzig style. A Kellerbier, a dark lager and a Rotbier followed, alongside seasonal bocks. Malt comes from the Rhön, hops from the Hallertau.
