Dundalk Bay Brewery and Distillery (also known as Dundalk Brewing Company) is an Irish-owned craft brewery and distillery located at Finnabair Business and Technology Park in Dundalk, County Louth, founded in 2015 by Spectac International and operated by Tony and Faye Healy. The brewery began production in late 2017 and became the first new brewery to open in Dundalk since the closure of the Diageo Great Northern Brewery in 2013. In addition to its own Brewmaster beer range — including IPAs, lager, red ales, and stouts — the facility offers contract brewing services for other producers. The site also produces craft spirits under the Ravenrock Gin and Dundalk Bay Whiskey labels.
