Bruno Ribadi is a craft brewery founded in 2016 by cousins Sandro, Vito, and Giuseppe Biundo in Cinisi, in the province of Palermo, Sicily. The brewery takes its name from a legendary local figure whose fictional diary, discovered in a family cellar, speaks of fermentation experiments carried out in Belgian and German monastic breweries. Beers are crafted with local Sicilian ingredients such as Pantelleria sultanas, carob, citrus peel, and native spices, giving each brew a strong territorial identity. In 2019, Bruno Ribadi received the Agrifood-Golosario award for its Sicilian Pale Ale, and the brewery is a member of the Consorzio Birra Italiana.
