Brasserie Docteur Gab's
Docteur Gab's began in 2001 with three friends: Gabriel Hasler, then 16, received a home-brew kit and pulled in Reto Engler and David Paraskevopoulos. After kitchen and cellar batches in Jouxtens-Mézery and a 400-litre set-up in Epalinges, they turned full-time in 2010 at 80,000 litres a year, moved into a 2,500-litre brewhouse in Savigny, and since 2018 brew in Puidoux with a taproom and shop. Over 35 full-time staff work there today.

How we measure this
Two thresholds are at work here:
- The signature list shows notes that recur in at least 6% of this brewery's beers. A low bar — enough to flag a pattern, not high enough to call it an exclusive trait.
- The peer comparison below shows only notes where this brewery's coverage differs from similar breweries by at least 20 percentage points. A higher bar — enough to call a real difference, not a nudge.
A note can appear on the signature list without appearing in the peer comparison: it recurs here, but similar breweries do the same thing.
