Bergmann Brauerei
Bergmann revives a Dortmund brand: in 2005 Thomas Raphael came across the trademark "Dortmunder Bergmann Bier" in a register, in 2006 the beer was brewed at a brewery in Hagen-Dahl, and the Bergmann Brauerei GmbH was founded in May 2007. Since August 2017 it is brewed in a 20-hectolitre brewhouse on Phoenix-West in Dortmund-Hörde, the former Hoesch steelworks site; the Stehbierhalle there pours the beers fresh from tank or keg.
