14 Choco Cow

Tap to rate

Top-fermented stout brewed with roasted malt and crushed cocoa beans, balanced in taste, with a coffee-and-chocolate finish. Its creamy foam gives a feeling of fullness. The idea came on a visit to Moravia, at the family manufactory Herufek, a bean-to-bar maker; the brewery uses the parts of the cocoa beans that the chocolatiers do not use. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.
