12 Plnotučná

Tap to rate

Bottom-fermented pale lager (světlý ležák) of golden colour at 12° original gravity, with the character of a classic Czech beer: full-bodied, with a balanced hop taste and a fine crispness. The higher but pleasant bitterness comes from triple hop dosing. Traditional main fermentation and long maturation give it a balanced taste. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Radovan Sochor, the brewery's director, drinks the 12 Plnotučná himself.
