◐ Taste

The palate opens with tropical sweetness and ripe fruit flavors that evolve through the mid-palate into a layered citrus character. A creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel builds from the wheat and oats, providing structure without heaviness. Bitterness arrives gradually and remains restrained at 50 IBU—enough to balance the fruit but never overwhelming the juicy, refreshing character.
