Scarborough Fair IPA

Tap to rate

Lightly toasted malts and zingy citrus hops give this English-style IPA a subtle flavour. It is triple-hopped on a pale malt base grown in the Wolds, vegan and gluten-free according to the brewery, and the best seller of the range. Aged for eight months in whisky casks from the brewery's sister distillery, the same beer becomes Barrel Wave.

Serve at 8–11°C

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
