◎ Appearance

Pours a bright pale gold with excellent clarity, the result of cold filtration. A firm white head builds immediately and clings to the glass with persistent lacing, maintaining definition throughout the drinking experience. Carbonation is visible and lively, appropriate to the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with light grain and fresh bread notes, supported by soft, grassy Hallertau hop character. There is no yeast-driven complexity; instead the profile remains clean and straightforward, with a subtle herbaceous quality that invites the palate without overwhelming it.

◐ Taste

Entry is mild and balanced, with gentle malt sweetness from spring barley that sits at the core of the palate. A faintly tart edge surfaces in the mid-palate, cutting through the malt without sharpness. The finish turns dry with moderate bitterness from the noble hops, clean and measured rather than assertive.

◑ Finish

The bitterness persists into a relatively short, clean finish with no lingering harshness. The aftertaste remains dry and refreshing, encouraging another sip.
