Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The beer presents a bright, luminous quality typical of the style, with steady carbonation evident throughout.

◌ Aroma

Inviting nose dominated by ripe cherry, raspberry, and passion fruit notes layered over the classic Belgian yeast character. Subtle floral and honey undertones emerge beneath the fruit, with a light herbal backbone from noble hops providing balance without assertiveness.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and fruity, with cherry and raspberry leading into a honeyed mid-palate that tips toward dessert-like sweetness without cloying. The Belgian yeast complexity remains present throughout, contributing spicy and slightly phenolic notes that ground the fruit-forward character. Bitterness is restrained at 25 IBU, allowing fruit and sweetness to dominate.

◑ Finish

Lingering finish with residual sweetness and fruit character fading gradually. Alcohol warmth is present at 9.5% ABV but well-integrated, leaving a pleasant dry undertone as the final impression.

Serve at 10–13°C in a goblet. The yeast character and carbonation are the stars — cold would suppress both.

The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
