◎ Appearance

Pale straw-yellow with a hazy, cloudy body from the Belgian yeast suspension, typical of the witbier style. The dense, creamy white head builds generously and clings to the glass with persistent lacing. Fine carbonation sparkles throughout, creating a lively, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright orange peel and coriander spice, supported by a soft, yeasty wheat backbone. Subtle floral notes emerge in the background, lending an herbal dimension without sharpness. The spicing is balanced and restrained, allowing the fruit and grain to breathe.

◐ Taste

The palate enters smooth and full-bodied for the style, with the wheat providing a creamy, slightly grainy foundation. Coriander and orange peel dominate the mid-palate, creating a spiced citrus character that feels refreshing rather than piercing. The bitterness remains gentle at 25 IBU, allowing the spice and fruit to take center stage without astringency.

The finish is clean and crisp, with a lingering warmth from the 7.3% ABV. Spice fades first, leaving a subtle orange dryness and yeasty grain that persist pleasantly on the palate.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
