◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and fine carbonation throughout. A dense, creamy white head forms readily and clings to the glass with distinct lacing as the beer is consumed. The overall presentation is clean and inviting, typical of well-crafted modern IPAs.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with prominent tropical and citrus notes—pineapple, grapefruit, and orange peel—layered with a subtle herbal spice from noble hop character. A light floral undertone complements the fruit-forward profile, while restrained Malz notes provide a delicate backbone. The Belgian influence emerges as a gentle earthiness beneath the American hop intensity.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and inviting despite the 8% ABV, allowing tropical and citrus flavors to develop across the mid-palate with clean, bright intensity. Bitterness is moderate at 55 IBU—restrained for a Double IPA yet present enough to balance the fruit and provide structure. A subtle peppery spice and light stone fruit notes round out the palate, while alcohol warmth sits in the background without dominating.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with tropical and citrus notes persisting into a lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste. No harsh alcohol burn; instead, gentle warmth fades into a pleasant hoppy memory.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
