Hazy golden amber with excellent clarity within its intentional cloudiness. A soft, pillowy white head forms on the pour and persists across the glass with inviting lacing. The body presents a luminous, unfiltered quality characteristic of the style, with fine carbonation visible throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe tropical fruit—mango and papaya—layered beneath bright citrus peel and a resinous pine backdrop. American hop character dominates without becoming harsh, with subtle herbal and menthol notes adding complexity. The malt presence remains restrained, allowing the Edelhopfen expression to shine.

◐ Taste

The palate delivers a medium-full, smooth body with waves of mango, tangerine, and stone fruit in the entry and mid-palate. A subtle biscuity malt backbone provides ballast without sweetness, while firm yet refined bitterness builds gradually. The finish is clean and drying, leaving a pleasant resinous warmth that persists.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste is long and warming, with lingering resinous notes and a gentle pine character that invites another sip. Bitterness fades to a dry, satisfying conclusion.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
