The nose leads with ripe cherry and dark stone fruit, supported by subtle almond and marzipan notes from the amaretto infusion. Beneath these fruity and nutty elements lie roasted malt undertones with hints of cocoa and a whisper of licorice, creating a complex aromatic profile.

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with pronounced cherry character and a creamy sweetness from the amaretto that balances the porter's natural bitterness. Mid-palate develops dark chocolate and subtle bitter cocoa notes, while the 33 IBUs provide restrained hop bitterness that never overwhelms the fruit and almond complexity.
