Pale straw to golden hue, characteristic of the style and ingredient base. The beer displays a full, opaque haze from torrefied wheat and suspended yeast, creating a cloudy, inviting appearance. Dense, persistent head with good retention and fine lacing on the glass.

◌ Aroma

Tropical fruit aromatics dominate the nose, with guava and passionfruit leading the charge, supported by secondary notes of citrus zest from the Citra hop character. Simcoe contributes subtle pine and herbal undertones that frame the fruit without overwhelming it. Soft, approachable malt base provides gentle support without any roasted or grainy notes.

The palate opens with bright, juicy tropical fruit forward in the mid-palate, delivering guava and passionfruit as promised. The 50 IBU bitterness is present but restrained, allowing the fruit character to remain central while providing clean, dry structure. Pale malt and wheat create a light, smooth foundation that lets the hop-derived flavors breathe throughout.

The finish is clean and dry with lingering fruity notes of guava and passionfruit fading gradually. No harsh edges or astringency; the low ABV and balanced bitterness ensure an easy, refreshing aftertaste.
