◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow color with excellent clarity and a bright, sunny appearance. The head is tight and persistent, with fine bubbles that cling evenly to the glass. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating steady chains of micro-bubbles throughout the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately tropical and vibrant, leading with ripe peach, orange zest, and layers of passionfruit and mango. Edible hops dominate without harshness, supported by a soft, clean malt base that adds gentle sweetness without weightiness. The overall impression is bright, juicy, and inviting — no vinegar or harsh alcohol.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and approachable, with immediate tropical fruit flavors — peach and orange predominate. The mid-palate develops a balanced bitterness (45 IBU) that frames rather than overwhelms the fruit, while the body remains light and airy. A gentle sweetness and juicy character persist through to the swallow, with no harsh edges or astringency.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and crisp, with tropical fruit and citrus notes fading into a refreshing, dry aftertaste. No lingering bitterness or sticky sweetness — the beer closes bright and thirst-quenching.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
