A pale golden haze dominates the glass, with suspended particulates creating a soft, diffuse appearance characteristic of the New England IPA style. The head is generous and pillowy, settling into a persistent collar that clings to the glass walls with fine retention. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, producing a creamy mouthfeel without aggressive effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose bursts with bright citrus and stone fruit notes, led by clementine and apricot with undertones of ripe mango. Cryo hop character dominates without any sharp greenness, offering a clean, juice-forward profile that reads like freshly pressed orange juice. Minimal sulfur or vegetal notes emerge, allowing the fruity expression to take full precedence.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and velvety, with immediate citrus saturation and peach notes that develop across the mid-palate. Bitterness remains restrained at 45 IBU, playing a supporting role rather than asserting itself; the beer reads as juicy and refreshing without the drying edge of traditional IPAs. Tropical mango and clementine persist through to the swallow, maintaining the fresh-squeezed quality established on the nose.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and bright, fading to a subtle peach and citrus aftertaste that lingers pleasantly without overstaying. Dryness is minimal, leaving the beer feeling refreshing and approachable rather than astringent.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
