◎ Appearance

Pale straw gold with crystalline clarity and excellent brightness. A dense white head forms readily and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine lacing with each sip. Carbonation is lively and visible, lending visual vitality to this classically proportioned Pilsner.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with the characteristic spicy, herbal character of Saaz hops—peppery and slightly floral. A clean barley malt base provides soft bread-like undertones without heaviness. No yeast phenolics or sulfur; the aromatic profile remains crisp and direct, inviting and unpretentious.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with a light, grainy malt sweetness that develops quickly into noble hop bitterness. The mid-palate shows mineral notes and a dry, firm structure that balances the initial malt presence without becoming astringent. Bitterness builds steadily but remains proportionate, never overwhelming the clean, hoppy backbone.

The finish is decisively dry, with lingering hop bitterness that fades to a clean, slightly mineral aftertaste. No cloying sweetness or alcohol warmth; the beer concludes with the restrained elegance typical of Bohemian Pilsner tradition.

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.
