◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and refined, leading with a soft malty sweetness and delicate grain character. Noble hops contribute subtle citrus and herbal notes without dominance. A mineral undertone rounds out the profile, suggesting quality water and careful conditioning.

◐ Taste

Clean entry with a light, slightly grainy malt foundation that carries through the mid-palate. Gentle bitterness emerges mid-way, balanced and refined rather than assertive. The finish turns increasingly dry and mineral, with a faint biscuity character that supports the overall crispness.
