◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced caramel and toffee notes backed by subtle dark fruit character, likely from the malt complexity. Gentle warming alcohol vapors emerge on further inspection, complementing the sweet grain base without dominating. There is minimal hop presence, allowing the malted barley and fermentation byproducts to define the aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate delivers a full-bodied, malty entry with pronounced sweetness from residual sugars and complex grain character. Mid-palate exhibits layers of caramel, molasses, and subtle chocolate, with the moderate bitterness (35 IBU) providing just enough counterbalance without sharp edges. The 7.7% ABV presents itself as a gentle warmth rather than harsh alcohol burn, creating a smooth, integrated drinking experience.
