Stealth Mode presents a striking deep purple to burgundy hue, a result of the substantial blueberry adjunct and kettle-souring technique. The head is notably pink and maintains moderate retention, with delicate Schaumkleiden clinging to the glass. The body reads clear to slightly translucent, with gentle carbonation evident throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with jammy blueberry and bramble fruit character, underpinned by a light lime zest that cuts through the stone-fruit complexity. Beneath the fruit-forward profile, subtle wheat notes emerge, with a faint acidity that signals the kettle-souring process. No aggressive hop presence; instead, an elegant restraint allows the adjuncts and fermentation to breathe.

◐ Taste

Entry is defined by bright, puckering tartness—the lactic character typical of a kettle-soured Berliner Weisse. Mid-palate develops ripe blueberry with a subtle raspberry-like note that balances the acidity, while a light wheat backbone provides structure without weight. Bitterness remains restrained at 10 IBU, allowing stone-fruit and acid to dominate the sensory arc.

◑ Finish

The finish is notably dry, with the tart edge persisting into a lingering blueberry fade. No residual sweetness; the acidity and fruit carry through cleanly to the aftertaste.

Serve at 6–9°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
