Cargo presents a cloudy golden-amber body with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and hop particulates. The dense, persistent head clings to the glass with strong lacing, while fine carbonation drives continuous bubble nucleation through the dense body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit zest and lime—layered beneath ripe tropical stone fruits: mango, passionfruit, and papaya. Supporting malt sweetness anchors the profile, while Citra and Motueka hops deliver juicy, resinous undertones without harsh green notes.

Entry is full-bodied and juice-forward, with candied tropical fruit notes meeting a balanced, moderately assertive bitterness that peaks mid-palate without overshadowing fruit character. Underlying malt provides softness and body; the 80 IBUs integrate cleanly rather than dominating, allowing the hop character to remain expressive.
