Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with good lacing. The carbonation is evident and lively, creating a steady stream of small bubbles that underscores the beer's crisp character.

The nose leads with bright spruce and resinous green notes, followed by dark berry fruit—stone fruit and slight grape—that sits above a clean, mineral-forward saline character. Beneath lies a subtle herbaceous quality that ties the coastal botanicals together without overwhelming the senses.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a moderate tartness and crisp saline edge, balanced by the dark haskap berry fruitiness that brings subtle grapey depth. The resinous, green spruce quality persists across the mid-palate, while the acidity remains restrained—never sharp—allowing the briny kelp undertone to frame the finish cleanly.

◑ Finish

The finish dries briskly without harshness, with the spruce and saline notes fading to leave a clean, refreshing aftertaste. The overall sensation is light-bodied and thirst-quenching, inviting immediate return.
