Schmucker Hefe-Weizen
Cloudy and full yellow, the Hefe-Weizen opens with fresh, fruity aromas and a typical top-fermented yeast note. On the palate it is distinctly fruity and very lively, under a voluminous, mousse-like head. Brewed at 5.0% from wheat and barley malt, hops and yeast in the Mossautal, where the brewery was founded in 1780.
