◐ Taste

The palate enters full-bodied and fruity, with the tropical character seamlessly carrying through from the nose. Mango and citrus notes build in the mid-palate, accompanied by a controlled bitterness that complements rather than overwhelms. The mellow honey sweetness provides balance, while the dual dry-hopping technique ensures a bold yet refined hop presence.

IPAs are hop-forward ales with 5.5–7.5% ABV and IBU 40–70+. Bold hop aroma — citrus, tropical, resinous — with firm bitterness and a dry, clean finish.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same tropical, full-bodied, fruity character as IKAT will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
