Cold IPA
Krush and Strata hops bring aromas of peach, melon and citrus fruit, and the finish is crisp and dry like a lager's. Cold refers to the fermentation: lager yeast works at much colder temperatures than the ale strains most IPAs use. With 6.3% ABV and 31 IBU, brewed from 2-row, flaked barley and acidulated malt, it debuted in July 2025 as a year-round beer.
