Art Car IPA

Tap to rate

Apricot, mango and tropical fruit fill the nose; the taste opens with a big bitter blood orange that slides into mango and sweet tropical fruit over a lightly sweet malt body. Kettle hops bring pine notes, and Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic dry hops add tropical mango and citrus. The name nods to the hand-painted Art Cars local artists made for the brewery, and graffiti artist GONZO247 drew the label.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with a pronounced blood orange bitterness that quickly resolves into sweet mango and tropical fruit notes carried over a lightly sweet, clean malt base. The mid-palate maintains good balance between the fruit-forward hop character and restrained caramel sweetness. Bitterness returns smoothly in the finish without dominating the overall impression.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and medium in length, with lingering citrus and mango notes that gradually fade. A gentle drying sensation remains from the hops, leaving the palate refreshed rather than fatigued.
