Assertive hop character dominates the nose, led by resinous pine and bright citrus notes from the Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade blend. The aromatic profile is clean and focused, with minimal yeast or malt undertones, allowing the trio of noble hops to command full attention.

◐ Taste

Bitter-forward entry with pronounced bitterness that remains well-integrated rather than harsh. The mid-palate displays layered pine and citrus notes while maintaining a lean, dry body; the deeply fermented base strips away residual sweetness, amplifying hop character and mineral bite.

Clean, crisp conclusion with lingering bitterness and a refreshing, mineral-edged aftertaste. The dryness persists throughout, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
