Jimbo

Tap to rate

Jimbo is a best bitter first brewed in 2020 in memory of co-founder James Minkin. It uses British ingredients throughout: Pilgrim for bitterness, then Fuggles, Goldings and the newer variety Emperor from a British hop breeding programme. The brewery describes aromas of mixed berries and crisp apple, balanced by a well-rounded, nutty and bitter finish. At 4% it sits in the traditional strength band for the style and is, like much of the range, vegan and gluten-reduced.
