The nose opens with rounded malt sweetness, revealing honey and fresh straw notes alongside warm bread aromas. Supporting notes of dark bread, apricot, and subtle butterscotch emerge, while Saaz hops contribute a restrained, spicy-herbal character that adds balance without dominating the bouquet.
