◎ Appearance

Deep mahogany-brown to near-black, with excellent translucence when held to light. The unfiltered character presents a faint haze characteristic of the brewery's house style. A dense, tan head builds quickly and clings to the glass walls with notable persistence.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with smooth roasted malt and gentle dark fruit—prune and fig—that build toward the mid-palate. Bitterness is moderate and refined, never astringent, allowing the malt sweetness to remain prominent. The 5.8% alcohol sits comfortably beneath the malt body, creating a rounded, full-flavored drinking experience.
