Žitná IPA 14 presents a bright golden hue with light amber undertones. The beer displays excellent clarity with lively carbonation evident throughout. A dense, off-white head forms readily and maintains solid lacing down the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced citrus and herbal hop character, complemented by subtle peppery spice notes from the rye grain. Underlying malt provides a light, biscuity foundation without overwhelming the vibrant hop profile. Clean fermentation allows the noble hop aromatics to shine through clearly.

◐ Taste

Entry brings immediate hop bitterness balanced by the spicy warmth of rye malt. The mid-palate expands with citrus and herbal complexity, while a dry, grainy texture from the rye maintains structure throughout. The 60 IBU provides assertive but integrated bitterness that lingers without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish is crisp and moderately long, with lingering hop bitterness and a subtle peppery aftertaste. The rye character fades smoothly, leaving a clean, refreshing dryness on the palate.
