🌍 Germany · Alcohol-Free Lager · One of 120 Alcohol-Free Lagers in hopIQ

Pinkus Hell Ohne, sold for years as Pinkus Alkoholfrei, is an alcohol-free pale beer brewed to 7.3 °P from organic Bioland malt and hops. Instead of stripping it afterwards, the brewery relies on a biological lactic fermentation in which hardly any alcohol forms in the first place, a process that sets it apart from dealcoholised beers. Tasters describe a soft, malty and gently sweet character with a mild, spicy touch, restrained carbonation and very little bitterness, making it an easy thirst-quencher.
