Mochaccino Stout

Tap to rate

One of Pilot's oldest beers, listed since 2014: a stout with coffee at its centre, as the name announces. Two tasters in August 2026 describe it alike, with a clear hit of roasted beans on the nose and the same note dominating the taste. One of them adds a slightly sweet, milky impression, the other chocolate undertones; a wish for more complexity is recorded as well. 5.5%. In 2026 it was poured on draught and sold in cans, but it has no page in the brewery's shop.

◐ Taste

Roasted coffee flavors drive the palate from entry through mid-palate, delivering the beer's central characteristic. A slightly sweet, milky quality emerges, softening the roast and lending a gentle creaminess. At 35 IBUs, bitterness is present but restrained, allowing the coffee and malt sweetness to coexist without harsh edges.
