An unfiltered lager launched in spring 2023 and made with what the brewery calls a less refined, integral process. It pours an opaque, naturally cloudy gold under a creamy, persistent head. The nose brings fragrant maize, barley and hops with a hint of yeast and bread crust. On the palate it is fuller than the filtered house lager, with grainy cereal flavours, faint fruitiness and an aromatic hop note, closing fresh over a light, steady bitterness.
