Party Time presents a clear, brilliant gold under bright light, with excellent clarity typical of a well-made pilsner. A dense, bright white head forms and persists with fine retention. The beer carries abundant fine carbonation, visible as a steady stream of tiny bubbles rising through the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with classic noble hop character—floral and herbal notes from the Hallertau Mittelfrüh dominate, supported by a subtle citrus lift of lemon zest. Beneath sits a clean, bready pils malt base that anchors the composition without overshadowing the delicate hop aromatics.

◐ Taste

The palate opens lean and crisp, with the malt providing a light, grainy sweetness that serves as a platform for noble hop bitterness. The bitterness arrives firm and structured without harshness, balancing the malt's subtle bread-like character. Mid-palate remains dry and snappy, with good attenuation showing through.
